Word Games
Hangman and Scrabble aren’t the only games you can play with words!
Join us for word fun as we write micro fiction and play games

February 19th
Print Art
There are many ways to practice this art form, and we’re coming up with a
few of our own. Come see what unique prints you can create with bubble wrap,
potatoes, sponges, and more! Just for tweens in grades 4-6.

March 19th
Duct Tape
Join us for an afternoon of design –duct tape style. We’ll provide plenty of duct
tape in a rainbow of color (as well as simple instructions.) You create something of
your own design. Just for tweens in grades 4-6.

April 16th
Slime
Get ready for slime at the library. We will experiment with solid-and-liquid
properties and make slime to take home. Just for tweens in grades 4-6.

May 21st
Creativity + heat = ART!
We’ve got the supplies, you’ve got the creativity and then we’ll add some heat and
make art with things like melted crayons! Just for tweens in grades 4-6.
